Day 1: Arrival, Orientation and Exploration
The Leadership Retreat kicks off with a welcoming, set against the stunning backdrop of a beachfront location. As participants arrive, the excitement builds, marking the beginning of a transformative journey. The day is designed to foster camaraderie, starting with engaging icebreakers and team-building activities to break down barriers and build trust. Through guided personal introductions, participants share their stories and begin forming meaningful connections. The sessions focus on personal growth, helping attendees explore their core values, clarify intentions, and reflect on the experiences that have shaped them.
Day 1 sets a strong foundation for the days ahead, preparing participants for a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Day 2: Personal Growth and Leadership Development
Participants dive deeper into self-discovery and the principles of effective leadership. The day is dedicated to exploring and overcoming personal fears, unlocking courage, and understanding the emotional drivers that fuel motivation. Through interactive sessions, attendees gain insights into their inner strengths, aspirations, and untapped potential. This day is an opportunity to develop self-belief and resilience, empowering participants to view challenges as stepping stones to growth.
By the end of Day 2, they are equipped with valuable tools for leading themselves and others, setting the stage for the transformative journey ahead.
Day 3: Dissecting Success, Building Connections and Networking
a pivotal day, focusing on the principles of success and the power of connection. Participants engage in sessions that explore the pillars of success, examine belief systems, and identify limitations that may hold them back. Through practical exercises, they learn to replace self-doubt with empowering beliefs that encourage progress. This day also provides valuable networking opportunities, allowing attendees to build connections with like-minded peers and mentors who inspire growth.
By the end of Day 3, participants are not only equipped with strategies for personal success but also connected to a supportive network that will uplift them long after the retreat concludes.
Day 4: Planning, Empowerment and Reflection
The final day of the retreat centres on setting goals, empowerment, and thoughtful reflection. Participants take the time to carefully plan their future steps, setting intentions and making actionable decisions for the path ahead. The powerful “Letter to Self” activity invites attendees to capture their aspirations and commitments, serving as a heartfelt reminder of the growth they’ve experienced. Reflective sessions offer a chance to appreciate the journey, celebrate personal progress, and embrace the connections made along the way.
The retreat concludes with a joyful celebration of community and achievement, empowering participants to carry their new knowledge, friendships, and self-belief into their everyday lives and future endeavours.

When I first signed up for the retreat, it was just something that I thought I’d try for the sake of trying. Little did I know that I signed up for much more than I was expecting. At the time of the retreat, I was suddenly thrust into a position of leadership and responsibility that I was completely unfamiliar with and never asked for. I was skeptical. But then a good friend of mine told me “Take it seriously. That’s the only way that you’ll get the full experience from them.” And I took it to heart.
Many things have changed since then. I’ve been involved with many influential figures in the community and expanded my network of people who can help me attain success and whom I can help to do the same. I’ve architected a large-scale event that has launched my name and reputation into the community.
The retreat has made fitting into my new position easy work. I no longer feel the need to retreat into the corner out of overwhelming introversion and I can actually converse with people without feeling like I’m out of my depth. And most of all: teamwork makes the dream work. Nothing ever worth doing can be done alone, and it certainly can’t be done with no hiccups along the way.

The first time around, I felt it was what I needed at the time. Then there was a three year lapse where I didn’t come and I felt the pull again. I felt like I needed to be here again, because I was at a transitional period of my life where uni was ending, my career was beginning, and I needed guidance, so I came here.
The first one (TLR 2020) was more interactive, this one (TLR Mastery) felt more intense in terms of what was offered by the professionals who were here. There was a lot more to take away from this one. I think I often forget the value of community. Especially with an individual’s growth, there’s a great deal of community, and with the structures around us, we can forget how important that can be, and how revitalizing that community can be. I think that everyone that comes here shares the same purpose, and this same drive to do whatever it is we’re doing.
I think really what it is, is that we’re all here because we want to advance and move on in our careers and our lives and our families with god-consciousness, and that’s what this camp does. I do recommend it, and I will recommend it, because it’s what I need. It suits my purposes and it’s helped me grow into a better person, and because it has helped me, I would recommend it to people who would benefit in the same way.
